I finally have the great pleasure of sharing the cover of Bon Jovi’s new album “What About Now” made in collaboration with world renowned artist Liu Bolin.

The mural in the background was conceived, drawn, and designed by myself, inspired by the album lyrics. Then the band was placed in front of the canvas and hand painted by an incredible team of painters under the strict supervision of Liu Bolin himself. The entire image is in camera, shot by Zachary Bako, no retouching or computer trickery was used in the composition.

It was a true honor to collaborate with such a passionate visionary, and all around nice guy. All of this was made possible and thought up in collaboration with the incredibly talented and hardest worker I know, Kristen Yiengst.

Also, huge thank you to my constant collaborator, life long friend, and the best producer in the game Brian Turner who helped us pull this whole colossal process off without a hitch.

Well, I have officially stepped into even bigger leagues with my new project. The full album packaging and branding for Bon Jovi’s new album ‘What About Now’. You have no idea how crazy its about to get… For now here is the artwork for the first single, “Because We Can”. This artwork is great, been trying to do a woodcut for a minute now (got rejected twice). Leave it to the RZA to “get it”… Also have no idea how they pulled off using pink without it getting shit down somewhere along the way, That call must have been made by RZA himself.
